Well the question is do you want to save money and take risk or dump the battery.

If you want to save your lipo then you could revive that cell just Google lipo rescue or how to revive a cell of a lipo. BUT SEE WHETHER THAT CELL IS PUFFED?
if yes than dump the battery.

To dump a battery put it in a concentrated solution of salt and Water for a day or till you don't have any voltage. You could also use a bulb to discharge it.

If you wanna revive it,
Using the balance lead, charge the affected cell using NiMh menu between 0.2 to 0.5 amps for 10 mins.
Keep an eye on the voltage during this phase. If the cell is ok, it should jump the voltage soon to acceptable limits like 2.9 to 3 volts. Once the voltage reaches 3.2 volts or so, unplug and balance charge it using the lipo menu.

This will work only if the cell is revocable.
Do not leave the setup unattended during this process.

I charged that particular cell for it could hardly get to 1.5 volts then I unplugged it. After 5 minutes voltage reduced to 0.8 volts
Lipo wasn't that hot but little. Can I revive it??

Please charge it upto 3.2 volts. It may take more time but that's fine. You can increase the amps a bit. If your cell can't reach 3.2 volts, then you may consider it dead.

It reaches 3.6 volts easily but when I put it in balance charging it jumps back to 1.some volts somebody help me
I guess I should not keep on balance charging so I'll try charging it separately

Sorry to say but your that particular cell is damaged beyond repair. Consider replacing the entire battery
