but the problem is that "C " rating in that sense current output is very low as compared to LIPO. A group member ordered high discharge Li-ion batteries from aliexpress and assembled a 4S pack himself. We tested the battery on a sky surfer and a sports model with good results. Make sure you buy the genuine ones, else you never know what is inside one of them. Prices are comparable to LiPos. By the way, there's no capacity as 2200mah in Li-ion cells.
Since it's already in a metal casing, it's pretty safe even if it falls down. |
