making 3s lipo pack

any one having the image of 3s lipo wiring (upper connection)
i have working cell and want to make 3s lipo pack any idea...?

connect in series +ve to -ve of different cells .....in the end you will have one -ve and one +ve giving 11.89 volts

Hello Bilal,
If u place all 3 cells in a series, you will find 4 junction of +ve and - ive.
First will be red wire ( +ve) and last black wire will be ( -ve). to connect balance wires , first red wire ( balance ) solder with +ve red wire and solder one black wire to each junction of +ve and - ive , so you will find 4 balance wire.
