At least my mopeds battery is rated 12v and checked some others too all were 12v. One was 24v. Check your scooter batts rating. I think you can charge it with accucel if its inside 20v. How to charge it i dont know. Also check if its rechargeable lead acid or the single use one. Should be rechargeable :).

Check the voltage before hand. If its 12 v, set the accucell to Pb > 6c (12V), and let it charge. You might want to note that it will take some time based on the charging current.
