well i'm making a completely scratch built cessna 182 from dblums plans i scaled downed the plan to 30% because i want a smaller model (though i regret it now :banghead: ) i fit the following motor and esc in the model http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=8140 and http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=11429 the overall weight of model with motor and esc is around 70-80gm now i want to go for 3s power system but confused which battery should i use :headscratch: the battery compartment in model is 75mmx40mm(strictly) plz help me :help: :help: here are few pics of my incomplete model Title: Re: Help me to choose a battery !!! Try going for a lighter motor with a lower thrust. Your model is as it is much smaller than the actual plans. And also try using a 2S setup for the same.

All these days i was thinking that it is underpowered :( :( Are you sure ??? My plane's lenght is 30 cms. While its wingspan is 48 cms. Title: Re: Help me to choose a battery !!!
