It's always the Final Consumer of electricity (Motor in this case) which decides how much amps it's going to consume. A very simple example: The electricity in your home wall socket is coming from a 800+ Amps Power source (Local Transformer in your locality) and you still can easily connect a 0.1 Amps Mobile charger in the same wall socket. All because the mobile charger consumes only 0.1 Amps and never more than that.
