I am using http://www.rcbharat.com/battery-chargers/60-mystery-b3ac-2-3s-pro-lipo-balance-charger-with-ac-adapter.html
as my very first lipo charger.

As soon as I connect the battery it goes into standby mode (Green and red led alternating)
Is it normal and how ling after it starts charging?
Tried for a minute but it stays as is so stopped.
I am using fullymax 3250mAh 3S battery.

EDIT: Fixed, there was a disconnected coil inside, -1 for RCBharat.

Good to hear that you could fix the issue.
Anyways that was due to the bad handling of the courier by DTDC.

If not fixed we would had replaced with a new one.
