need help for my buffed lipo 3s

im using 11.1v 3s 2200mah lipo got from rc dhamaka now the battery has started buffing off and voltage of all cells is displaying as 0 when i have checked with my lipo checker alaram.now what should i do

Check the voltage of each cell.How did it discharge to 0v? If the lipo packs drop below the minimum voltage they cant be brought to normal voltage.
