The whole idea with LiPo Batteries is that if you over charge a particular cell then that cell can get damaged.
That's why only Balance chargers are used to charge LiPo's as they cut off charging to a cell once it gets full while at the same time continue charging other cells which are not yet fully charged.
Be rest assured that the LiPo will not get damaged as the charger is not charging the cell whose color turns green.

And that's normal for a cell to get charged faster than the others due to many factors (Like that cell had higher voltage than other when you plugged it, etc)
Sometimes the cell with Red color is usually off with a very low margin (0.01 volts, etc) which does get charged at all at times (Based on the quality and usage wear of the LiPo)
The general rule of thumb is to stop charging after an hour or so once the first cell turns green (And other is still showing green even after 1 hour)

Check with the LiPo voltage tester. The voltage of all cell should be almost same (+-)5%
