Hi Every1,

Recently I came to know about batterbro.com who are selling 'A' grade 18650 batteries. They are selling panasonic, sony, LG, samsung, etc., makes. Did anybody ordered from them? Are they reliable?

If so, what about importing 18650 batteries to India. I think it will be blocked by our customs. Is that so? Does anybody having experience in importing 18650 Lion batteries to India?

Hey Hi.

Lipo batteries wont be shipped via Airplane as it is banned. I dont think someone will be able to import it.

It's easier to import 18650s that do not have tabs like the generic cells, instead get the ones that come with a charge protection circuit installed on them.

Ya I have to order few for test. But our customs simply caught whether its protected or unprotected. Simply they see Lipo/ Lion and cease it.

Keep calm and fly safe.
18650 batteries are present in power banks...get a good power bank ...I.e the latest ones by. A good brand....they just might do the job...that's the easiest way to avoid customs...
But yeah pricing will be another story
