Re:

@kittuk4 according to the pic, adapter output is only 2A. Don't you need a 5A ?

if you have a voltmeter check the voltage if it increasing or not...
the charger's output is 0.8 A...so it should take 2 hrs to charger a 1A pack..(4 hours is ridiculously long!)

Plus such chargers have inbuilt cut-off timer and is suited for charging batteries of capacity less than or equal 0.8A..so try switching it off after one hour and switching it on again(but before doing it check the battery's voltage!)...that should sort it out!  Hats Off

The charger needs an input of 12v.. The current rating is not mentioned anywhere... Charged the battery for 4 hrs..and after connecting it to the receiver the receiver led is not blinking.. So assuming the battery hasn't been charged... And obly the red led on the charger keeps blinking.. No green

The Red led indicates that the charger is receiving the input voltage.  Undecided

Man there are two LEDs on the charger would it be possible for you to clearly mention which led is solid and which is blinking?
A blinking led means it is balancing the lipo
A solid red led indicates its charging
A solid green led indicates its charged!

So before doing anything first check your battery's voltage using voltmeter..and follow the steps
Plus such chargers have inbuilt cut-off timer and is suited for charging batteries of capacity less than or equal 0.8A..so try switching it off after one hour and switching it on again(but before doing it check the battery's voltage!)...that should sort it out!  Hats Off
