Reviving a dead cell ?

My last HK purchase included a Nanotech 3S with one cell reporting 1V !!
I did revive it by charging and it holds full charge now, but is this OK ? or should the cell be discarded.
Any experiences ?

if it is swollen, rest assured it will give up (Mine did inside the valley), use it on a foamie or something (Best discarded)
