Title: Which charger to choose from hobbyking? Post by: dhruvafreak on January 09, 2013, 08:44:10 PM I have 6 turnigy 2200mah batteries and I need a charger which can be used to charge them in parallel but confused about the contents :headscratch:
I would like to buy the products from Hobbyking so if anyone could help me will be a great relief ! What i need i think is a charger , power supply and parallel charging board , is that all ? Get an SMPS and modify it , fairly simple mods..Will give more than 6 amps to charger. For charger, My advice is to invest in a good one.. Reason: May be in near future u buy a 500 heli or a 550 electric heli..icharger 3010b, FMA Powerlab 8 v2 or a hyperion are the best.. If on a budget get an icharger 208b... Icharger 306b or i charger 3010b....with a modified SMPS (350 rs or max 450 ) as a power supply.... Also, take a look on Turnigy Quattro... icharger 106b and turnigy accucell wont be able to handle 6s cells but ok for 3s Title: Re: Which charger to choose from hobbyking? Whle doing an SMPS modification, do not touch the capacitors... The green and black wire are to be joined so as to switch on the SMPS. And, the yellow wires will be ur positive terminal.
