   I bought this 2s 3s basic lipo charger from R C Bazaar a couple of weeks back. As Im still building my heli, I have used it only once to charge my Lipo... I wanted to recharge my lipo today and when i connected it to power socket, i noticed that the LEDs did not light up, i connected my battery to it, no change  Bang Head Bang Head Bang Head
 
   I opened it up to inspect for 'obvious' burns etc.. nothing. I m not a pro when it comes to batteries.. chargers.. so plz help me.

Those kinds of 2s/3S basic chargers ($9 ones from Hobbyking) are prone to failure when your wall power supply is spiky.  This means when you have frequent power outages, the surges that occur when power comes back on hits the charger's circuit board and fries them.  I've had two fail out of six for these reasons.
