Title: Worst experience on rcbazaar.com Post by: agentxme on May 01, 2018, 02:03:25 PM I purchased a lipo battery from rcbazaar.com on 25th April and paid the amount using debit card.I tried contacting them to ask them about the shipping courier they will use from live chat but never they nver replied to me even once even when they are online.I tried emailing and calling them but no reply from them.Now its 1st May and still they have not shipped my order.Trying to communicate with them is impossible.Will never order from them now and if they do not refund my money I will file my complain in consumer forum.

Try to call the same warehouse from where you have purchased the item...drop a mail to info as well as helpdesk mail ids asking the status. They are good guys..

That usually does not happens with Rc Bazaar, there were some holidays going on. Call them today and see. They are one of the oldest hobby stores in India and their after sales is also too good.
