Belt CP-V2 450 repair

Hi All,

I have Belt CP-V2 450 and it is broken. I tried to repair it many times but success.
Can any one help me in repairing this or get it repaired for me?
Also I want to learn flying RC Heli. Can any one coach me on the same?

Please reply me on the same.
