More details will help.
Which ESC ?
Motor ,  battery ?
How you are doing the calibration .
And how you came to that conclusion.

Using racerstar 1400kv motor with simonk 30A esc and 1500 mAh 3 cell 30C (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180924/fa782a5692bf90e1a4be2b34654288eb.jpg)

Doing the calibration by powering on the transmitter after giving full throttle and then connecting the battery to the esc after successful beep sound , lowering the throttle to set the low value and after the calibration it works fine at that moment but after disconnecting the battery motor is not working.
Recalibration is required.

Doing the calibration by
1. powering on the transmitter after giving full throttle
2. then connecting the battery to the esc
3. after successful beep sound
4. lowering the throttle to set the low value
Did you get a beep indicating registration of low throttle?

5. and after the calibration it works fine at that moment but after disconnecting the battery motor is not working. Recalibration is required.
What happens the next time you power the Rx?
No response to throttle?
What is the indication that it needs recalibration?
Is the throttle at low when connecting power to Rx?

Do you have another Esc to try with and see if the problem persists?

• Did you get a beep indicating registration of low throttle?
-Yes the beep is indicating the registration of low throttle value.

• What happens the next time you power the Rx?
- After disconnecting the battery and when reconnecting without the calibration mode ,no beep sound occurs which used to occur while powering up .

•No response to throttle?
What is the indication that it needs recalibration?
- No response to throttle .
No response to throttle is the indication itself.

•Is the throttle at low when connecting power to Rx?
- Didnt get your question.

•Do you have another Esc to try with and see if the problem persists?
- No i dont have , esc is working perfectly after calibration but after disconnecting the battery the problem pursued.
