So I finaly bought dji mavic air and want to take it along from Bangalore to goa by flight. Will there be any issue? I AM SCARED IF IT GETS IMPOUNDED DURING SECURITY CHECK . Please help. Could there be issue at both the airports too while going and returning?

Don't think so. Take it with your carry-in luggage, since it contains a lipo. That's it, hopefully.

You will find out once you go through the Airport Grin

Bro , I am planning to remove the propellers and put them in check-in luggage. Lipos and drone go with me along with controller. I dnt want it to get IMPOUNDED has there been any incidents recently with domestic travellers? What do I tell the security checking officers if they ask me about the folded drone or batteries. I am totally inexperienced.

It's very unlikely that they find out it's a drone. Maybe not.

Tell them that you're a photographer or just tell the truth. Doesn't matter.
I don't think something has happened lately of the confiscation of a drone at the security check.

Thanks for boosting my morale . Have you carried it through airport lately? And telling them it's a drone won't they ask for paperwork and other permit stuff?

Paper works and permits are usually asked by the Customs authorities, while importing.

I don't see that as an issue here.
