I'd like to run you through what I have understood and where presently I am stuck at:
So basically I am going to be requiring the following components to make a complete RC Plane:
1) Brushless DC Motor - I am considering a motor that works on 3cell, 11.1V which is (

2) The recommended propeller with that particular motor is 7"x6", 7" is a huge diameter which is very much bigger than my design, Maximum I could fit for my want of a slow plane is 4.1x4.1E (

3) The battery that I will require if 3cell is:

5) Transmitter-Reciever And Servo Motors to control flaps.
Doubts:
1) The current draw for the motors above mentioned nor is the wattage, Are not provided on the website, What is the method to find them? because the ESC I have selected are just assumptions.
2) My second doubt from original post, remains unanswered:
"How does the controller work? From where should I purchase it? Which one? Can someone go into the technicality of its working, whats the different kinds available etc. How does it interconnect with the ESC and Servo motor in such a way that no microcontroller or anything is needed for interfacing? Basically Rx Tx Connections? And how the ESC is connected with the rx so that speed control is possible?"
3) Would you recommend me the additional accessories I will require i physically making the plane, Foam I can get locally, How would you suggest I should design one? I see a lot of materials available on RC Dhamaka(Probably use carbon fibre rod for center chassis of plane?).
The controllers I find on the website are very expensive, While I have read up on net that cheap chinese ones are available. I assume I will buy a 3channel radio only.
