Where did u find coro and how much did it cost you

Coro is available  most of the cities , since it's used for printing and sign board purposes ,  In Muvattupuzha it costs about 350 -400

Thanks Girish, I think it should look good. Slightly modified it . Now the fuselage looks like this. Filled it with a thick piece of Thermocol , and it feels solid now.

Could not resist a trial run , so half finished , took it to air. Wow, it flew, but the problem was bit of rocking sideways- is it due to slight warping of stab? ( bound to happen since I used 1mm Corro ) and the (slow) flights were not as smooth as with depron. [here we won't get 4mm Corro locally]
Specs. Wing: 920 mm* 25 mm
AUW:380 gms (on 500mah lipo)
Motor: A2212/13 KV1000
30amp esc
Prop:8*6 SF


So lessons learned;
1. Use thicker ( 3-4 mm) Corro to build stab.
2. Need more effort to build wing out of  Corro (than depron)
3. There is more weight for Corro than depron, so choose motor/esc accordingly.
4. Give more respect to Sanjai sir      

1mm coro is weak for stab, where did you get 1mm. You can double up stab and slot opposite sides for making  hinge.

Thicken the vertical stab as Girish suggested. Also check the horizontal stab. With 1 mm corro even that will "flutter"  Could well need some reinforcing

Last, but not least, ensure you use an adequate number of rubber bands to hold down the wings!

To make it more stable& straight,(and to make sure nothing else is wrong so that I can go ahead)  pasted small pieces of depron over each stab; used thicker &stronger rubber bands - wow, now it flies super stable and smooth. 👍 'll post flight vid tomorrow. Thanks once again.
   Now I have one more que: I used cycle spoke to make the landing gear; and used nut and bolt to tighten it to fuselage. But since the plane is lil heavy~400mg, after few landings , it loosens from the fuselage. How to tackle this?

Good luck with that. BTW, have you glued a ply plate inside the fuse to support the LG? Otherwise the corro will tear

Sir,What I did was to screw the landing gear to an old (reliance store) card and then hot glue the whole unit to underside.., so that the impact of landing would be distributed to a wide area.But I know this won't last long, so I'll do what you suggested.Thanks.

Quick video of its flight. As it is a big plane and as seen in video, crash landing due to space constraints, I 'll build a smaller version today.

Yes sir, but due to lack of time and I want to fly it in my backyard itself, cut wing to 76cm wing span, (flew it just now) and now it suits my space Happy.

Why did you cut the span? Is it not harder to fly now due to higher wing loading?
Was flying quite nicely at 920mm span, perhaps just a bit tail heavy.
Really liked the last few seconds in slow motion, especially as it showed how well she flew when not at a high angle of attack...
