Title: ft Storch
Post by: Adel on August 05, 2020, 12:08:31 PM
Hi, I want to buy the Ft Storch kit from Rc bazaar and want to know whether the kit includes rubber bands, BBQ sticks, wheel collars, landing gear wires, and pushrod connectors. On the Rc bazaar site they don't specify what the kit includes. I have written to them but they have not responded.
If you know whether the Rc bazaar kit includes or doesn't inculde the things mentioned above please let me know.

Also could somebody tell me what will be the flight time of the Storch with a 2200mah 3s battery?

Thanking you in advance

ATK

I would recommend considering the Vortex-RC planes. They includes almost everything needed for building the plane and have gotten great reviews on the forum.

I have seen the Vortex Rc Storch but they are charging 3K for the plane with the things I mentioned in my 1st post. While those things are only worth 300- 400 rupees. Thats why I want to buy the plane from Rc Bazaar and if necessary buy the other things separately.

I was talking about the VT-All rounder and the VT Simple trainer. They seem to be excellent aircrafts with all the hardware included. The VT-All Rounder is 1900₹ without the electronics and a single wing and the simple trainer is 1550₹.

Hi, I am wanting to buy the ft Storch kit from vortex Rc and want to know whether I should use a 35A esc and a 1200kv motor which are recommended by Flite test or should I buy a 30A esc with a 1400kv motor which is recommended by Vortex Rc. In the future I would like to build the master series spitfire which would require a 4s battery so that is why I would like to know which esc and motor to buy for the ft Storch which I could use for the spitfire later on.

Also in the Ft Storch build video Josh said that the wing of the Storch can be built in three different configurations my question is can I build the aileron version and then after some time upgrade the same wing into the flaperon version?

Thanking you in advance

All depends on the availability. Do you have 35A esc available in India? May be VTRC is recommending whats readily available with nearest config.
