Title: Getting started Post by: Jabara on May 12, 2012, 09:39:23 PM Hello to one and all!!
I have just come into the awesome world of rc planes! However I have made a mistake by buying an electric powered small P51 Mustang. :headscratch: However I have been practicing a lot on a simulator and I am somewhat good in it. Can the anyone please tell me if I can take my model out and try to fly it? Or should I just buy another floater? I dont exactly have much money to spend right now. :banghead: My Mustang has the following specs: weight=190gms wingspan550mm length=410mm 25mm Brushless outrunner. Also can anyone please tell me if there is a good flying area near Bangalore south? Thank you Title: Re: Getting started Post by: hangingtough on May 13, 2012, 07:40:14 AM your P51 mustang is a very fast flyer and it is almost impossible for a newbie to control
You should be intially flying a high winger and not a low winger like this. also dont try to fly the thing yourself, take help of any expert in a flying field there Title: Re: Getting started Post by: Jabara on May 13, 2012, 08:40:02 AM Thanks a lot!
I will keep that in mind. Also if you dont mind me asking you, how do I find an experenced pilot who can train me?
