hello, I m designing and building a rc powered glider and i have designed the glider' s wing with 0 degree dihedral (straight wing) will it fly???    

Yes, provided:
1. It has ailerons
2. The pilot has the experience
3. Dozens of other issues that affect a model's ability to fly have been addressed correctly!

You may like to post your drawings to give viewers some idea of the overall design.
Perhaps you may also like to share what motivated you to design one yourself instead of using a proven design.

yes i have flown bigger models and this model is 36 inches wingspan and has 4 inches chord, with
AG 35 airfoil. and Im likely to to use avionic 1400 kv motor with 20 amp ESC and 1500 mah battery. and i have designed it to have nearly 400 to 500 gm flying weight. No,It don't have ailerons   

Don't know if its a flying wing or conventional layout.

My understanding of a GLIDER is a model that will fly well without power

From the data you have provided, my guess is that it will fly as long as:
1. It is launched fast (say over 10m/s)
2. As long as the wings are level

Once it rolls a bit it'll be another story...

But then I could be wrong.
As I don't know whether the model even has an empennage or maybe even spoilers.
Or the intended speed...

If you are building glider, then 400-500 grams of weight doesnt go with that small wingspan and chord. It will have to be very fast to maintain level flight. And generally gliders fly very slow and sometimes even without power.

If you have any idea about wing loading let us know.  Also Mr.K.K. Iyer sir is very helpful and most knowledgeable person I have encountered since joining this forum. He is always ready to help. So under his guidance you will end up having an awesome plane.

Consider this example:
(Rectangular wing)
Wingspan : 40 in
Chord : 10 in

So the wing area is 40 X 10 = 400 sqin. (Divide that by 144 to get sqft i.e. 400/144 = 2.77 sqft.)

Weight of the plane (also known as All Up Weight or AUW) = 550 grams i.e. 19.40 oz.

Wing loading = Weight (in oz) / wing area (in sqft) = 19.40/2.77 = 7.00 oz/sqft

Generally planes having wing loading less than 7 are considered as gliders. So if you can design a plane with less wing loading it will have characteristics like that of a glider.

If you are building for the first time then I strongly suggest you to build a dihedral.

Again I am no expert, just what I learned from other senior members.
