Kittu

Someone could only help if you provide details of what exactly you have purchased. 30k is a LOT of money and would well have bought a very decent set up with ALL equipment needed to get into the air.

You say "with friends". What does that mean? Do they have any knowledge relevant to RC? Where did you buy all this stuff from?  Why do you need a battery and propellers?

You need to provide much more information to move forward on this.

Agree with sushil and lastRites, need more info...

30k thats a lot....i did my first RC extra300 for ~12k... now i feel 12k is even costly...
but again quality makes difference....and I didnt have that much money... :D
i went for cheapest rx/tx 2.5k but its worth for beginners...
let us see what electronics and rx/tx u got....

thank you for your replies . i started my project with 4 members who gave 5000 each.. and i kept 10000. i brought these from a rc plane shop in delhi. who sold for high prices now i don't have much money but my interest towards making a plane did'nt go.
i brought
1) motor: gt2215/09
2) servo: hitec hs-311-4
3) lipo of 2200 mah
4)8*6 propeller and a 10*6 propeller
5) a 30a redbrick Esc
 6) model: FS- CT6B (CHANNELS -6, 2.4 GHZ, 500MTS RANGe)
i tried to make but its not flying..
can anyone tell me how to make a plane with very less cost...with these material .
2) how much does it cost to make simple plane if i buy new components..?
can anyone tell me where to buy components i.e cheapest online rc store?
and can i make a small plane for just 1500 rupees?

and can i make a small plane for just 1500 rupees?

oh boy.....1500 is too much for a body alone...... people here can even make garbage fly from the equipment u hav......  :giggle:
just need to keep things very light... use lightest material..... foam / thermacol is ur answer........
also dont forget aerodynamics....

though not that experienced...... i must point out...... that ur battery weight is the culprit 2200 mah .... though succeeded to fly my foamy with it...... it was a twin engine.....

plz manage posting pictures... that wud make things much clearer....

Now a days you can have a good branded plane within <5K budget

Just visit RCBHARAT.COM  ---- SKY SURFER is the plane since you already have TX & 2200mah Battery Just buy the plane with electronics.

Since the stuff you've bought was with out a plan ( the model in mind) it will be more expensive to buy more items to build a new plane.

Best choice is to go for SKYSURFER  atleast you would be sure that what you have can surely fly.

One more tip... if you are a beginner, see someone flying his model lean basics. Ask someone experienced to fly your model FIRST.

Have a look at the planes @ hobbyking.com & read the specs & cost that would give you idea of what plane you can make with material you have.

what best u can try with battery that heavy is ....... increase wingspan...... will increase lift....
but be cautioned .... maneuver-ability is at stake.......

also try improving airfoil .... of wings

just post pics... senior members over the forum are so experienced that tey can solve ur problem even with the shadow of the plane

one more que?? ...... wats voltage of ur battery / how many cells it has..... 11.1v/7.4v..... 2cell /3 cell

Sorry to butt in, but lets see what she's got already:
1. E Max GT 2215/09 motor - should be good for an 800gms high wing trainer - 30" to 36" wingspan?
2. 4 Hitec 311 servos - 2 should be enough for a basic rudder elevator model
3. Red brick 30A ESC - should be fine for the time being
4. 2200 mah lipo (3S 20C ??) - should be good for the Emax - about 180 gms?
5. !0x6 prop - should work
6.  Fly Sky 6 Ch TX / RX - should be adequate.

So what she really needs is probably a lipo charger and a very simple foam trainer plan. Can anyone help with a plan? She probably need not spend any more than a few hundred bucks for this. I think she has already spent too much on this. So do help her salvage this guys!

4. 2200 mah lipo (3S 20C ??) - should be good for the Emax - about 180 gms?
tats exactly i tried explaining her....

i made my foamy fly with tat size battery....with motors half the thrust .... only she needs to do is make some modifications to her plan.....
but thing what everybody pointed....... v dont knw her plan...... v dont knw what is she trying to fly with tat machinery she already has ....... for timebeing best v can do is analyse given data ...... and finaly say though data was insufficient ....... this might hav been wrong

kittu
i am presently at hyderabad, there are a lot of people (Good people like Paladagu Sujith) who fly here, my suggestion is, in one of the weekends come over here with all the stuff get it assembled get it to the air take some flying lessons and you could go back. that is the best option in the given circumstances.

I think Gusty's suggestion makes a lot of sense. Hope Kittu follows it up...

Kittu , gusty sir is  right..
If u have some one experienced person around you , it helps a lot to get ur first flight right up in air, and will prevents from loosing confidence.

Here is also a beginner plan that u can follow. simple and easy to build .
go to this thread  http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/my-new-'high-wing-trainer'/

plans.....u can have from here also.

A thermacole model plane is a good bet if you want to make one your self. A high density thermacole hot wire cut, sanded smooth reinforced with stiffeners on both surfaces of wings and covered with packing tape or cellotape and heat shrunk is a a very resilient model which will survive a lot of hard landings.
