Hi Bhadresh I received the parcel today however the gyro is used one unlike what is mentioned here. It has the Velcro glue and also scratches on it.
Would have appreciated if correct information was given. Calling a used product as unused one is not in the right spirit of trade.

I wonder why no one told you from the forum I mean mods or senior members  that you do not call it unused and secondly you sent him a picture of the too view and the velcro is on the underside so cant be seen.

You should have mentioned exactly what you meant when calling it unused. You should specify that you used it to check whether it works or not. It is not something that you do not mention and further instead of an apology, which wouldn't hurt either one of you but would have been the right way of doing it, you are telling him that it is his fault kind of, because you said you sent pics to him and that implied he should have checked carefully. You only go on to tell him that he got a great deal S it was Rs.4200.

A gyro that too 3 axis  isn't worth more than 1500-2000, For 4200 one could get an FC probably with a gps too. You made it sound like the old "caveat emptor", which used to be the old practice before the customer became king. Itmeant let the buyer beware.

A gentleman would not only have apologised but also offered to take it back. That's what I would do although I wouldnt be in a situation like this ever.
