Hey I tried this using your video and it worked.
However my setup moves only with a 4 blade 5045 props and 100% throttle on 3s lipo. Whole thing weighs about 450gm.
Not very efficient.

You didn't use the side wall like me that's why you are facing power loss.

I suggest you can use a lesser kv motor and also a little bigger props, of course if your design supports bigger props. I did used 900kv with 30a esc n 10-11in props..

I made this using 1100 KV motor for hovering and 900 KV motor for thrust.

I used artificial leather for skirt. Body is madeup of 3mm coro which has fail safe feature which will not sink in water incase of any failure or battery down.

@samayaraj
That’s a great hovercraft.
Have you tried it on water?

KK Iyer ji,

I tried this in water, but it failed to perform. The skirt which I used is open in the bottom. While moving in water, skirt entirely flooded with water. This makes hover craft to sink partially. But it works flawless in partiall wet areas.

I have planned for alternative methods for skirt, but yet to try.

Hi,
When you say open ar the bottom I can't understand because it is always open at the bottom even in a real life hovercraft.your build is better than the previous 2. Both earlier ones just dont seem to be moving like a hovercraft should and it seems the cushion isnt sufficient and it could be because the cushion depends on the air going to the underside and it is surely that in the 2nd model here and seems to be the case with the first one too because while the second one was finding it impossible to move around , even the 1 one had this issue which made it look very sluggish.

The last build is better ,
Cheers
