Where can I get it and from where?

Buy from any LHS.  To name a few good transmitters, here's the list:

It's pretty advanced towards the end. Choose the radio according to the number to channels that you need.
And never import Radios from any other countries. Customs will have it seized.

Buy it from abroad just underinvoice transmitter upto 15 you will get it

For legal get import licence from wpc then import it legally

Using drones or planes india is ilegal  , LHS  selling their parts ,is that legal , definately they are getting that all stuff illegally , selling at very high price .

I had got  some good rc stuff from outside that is not available here , also some transmitters and paid custom duty for some items also , there is pattern you must follow while importing things . also may be i am just lucky . Try your luck until it outshines you.

Get transmitter if you buying abroad through post only , never buy it through ems fedex dhl if definately get stuck , buy through cheap shipping methods.

I am surprised to see recommendations to buy from abroad.
I guess you really are the lucky one...!
As far as I know 90% of the transmitters get stuck in customs because of WPC issues...and It still remains the same

You are from new delhi buy it from chandni chowk  ,  buying fs i6 from abroad 3200 is not good deal as it is easily available here  .
Buy it from lajpat rai market chandni chowk from hobby shop everest opposite shop no 595. It will be aroung 3500 rs .
Buying only transmitter that are not available here is worth .
Dont buy rc items through ems either it will stuck or you end up payin high custom duty . Best of luck buy it from shop i suggested , some more hobby shops are there check them also.

Skyrider  if shipping method trackable then. Item through ems always go to customs .

I have recently received a taranis qx7 from banggood via india direct mail shipping.
They have stopped this method of shipping on 80% of rc related stuff.
Ordering via any other mode of shipping is risky.
