Depends on your luck. I had ordered FPV goggles worth 5k recently and it arrived within two weeks. No customs charged. I have odered many things in the past and they all got delivered except one which was refunded promptly. All were duty free. I think if the thing you are buying is very costly or not available in local stores at all then go for it. Even if you will not get your order you will get your refund but you will have to wait a long time for that.

Buy small amount of parts, don't buy more than 5k in one time, don't buy transmitter, antenna related thing.
