RTF quads have only one advantage, they are cheap. Other than that they don't last long and once their life time is over they pretty much become show pieces. My humble advice to you would be to wait till you have enough funds and then invest in *good* quality materials and build your own quad. The learning process and the joy of flying your own creation cannot be described.

Another sincere advice to would be to invest in quality parts. You might get tempted to cut costs here are there. However, each component plays a critical role in the overall performance of your multirotor. Cut down on the ESC and your quad will struggle to be stable even with the best of the flight controllers. Cut down on the motor and soon they will vibrate/make noise like hell as their bearings won't last long. They won't be efficient as well.

Here's a teaser video of a quad we are going to release soon...

Dear friend you can get a kit in RC Bazaar in Bangalore for 9800 excluding battery and TX so the total cost would be around 15K for a good setup so try inquiring with them..
