Hi, to start with, I am a novice and have spent close to 9 hrs today searching for info on rc trucks. Reached rcindia & at 1st was quite happy & thrilled thinking I reached the right place. Did look up closely the beginners sessions but most of the stuff there is quite outdated (2009 and all).

My point & reason for this post is, I request experts to help me get started. I am looking for suggestions on a good 4/6 channel radio & a fpv off road truck I can experiment and play with to grow out to something more sophisticated in due time.

So info I am looking for is best choices for
1) Radio
2) off road truck
3) fpv

If I would need anything more to start off please do let me know ...

Thanks

Rgds,
Dhruv

Practice, and only Practice will make you perfect

Dhruv

Start point to this hobby is, contrary to common beilef (Which is building/buying RC stuff) is the skill set. next two/three months you need to spend on doing only Simulator. Good sims are available in LHS and at Hobbyking.com. take it from there, while siming, you can read up on variuos nuances of RC. go to variuos boards, and read the sticky threads.

Happy RCing
