Now can anybody guide me how to get it? The seller is also not responding. I have paid full amount along with markup fee and GST through PayPal, but why it is been detained?

You'll either receive the package by itself or you'll receive a letter from customs. Also since its paypal, raise a claim. Hope you paid by seller method and not friend and family? I don't know if it's only me but, have you noticed the name of the website? It reads "spammer". '4' represents 'A' and '3' represents 'E'. I suggest you to open a dispute @PayPal and carry on henceforth.
