Please see the "RC India Gems" list of threads, and then use the "Search" function to see the many "scratch" "build" threads here. They will give you a good idea of what material to get, and how to build. After going through some of those, feel free to ask specific doubts. Can you share a photo of your model? And the plan you built it from? Is it made of balsa and ply? Why do you need 1600gms thrust? The only info so far is 48” span and 1600gms with battery (but without motor, prop, esc?) So maybe 1800gms all up. At this size and weight, it will be much harder to fly than a typical trainer model.
