My suggestions to you are :
1) Foremost, please put an appropriate topic name for your thread. Something like "Need information for starting in RC cars" would be great. The reason is that more people will tend to read and respond to your queries/questions, if the topic name is relevant. It helps when people use the search option on the forum later too.
2) Looks like you want to start in RC cars. I would suggest that you do a round of looking up on the internet yourself (using Google etc, just search for various topics like "what are different types of RC cars", "what is the best beginner rc car" etc). After you have some idea on the topic, seek more information from this forum about specific areas you want help with. The main reason I am suggesting this is because the answers to your questions are pretty broad, and it takes someone a while to convey, comprehend, make decisions and apply those decisions. So you have to start taking baby steps first, starting with deciding what budget you have, so that appropriate decisions can be made.
3) To get you started, there are basically 2 broad categories of RC cars : Electric and Glow (actually there are more choices, but these are the most common ones). Please do a bit of investigation yourself about these, and ask us all your SPECIFIC questions.
Once again, I am not at all discouraging you asking questions, but you will get meaningful responses only if the questions are more specific.
