For CC3D you have to use 15.02 gcs , just Google openpilot gcs , and follow first link to download , and read description for each version , you have to download 15.02.something (this is the latest gcs with support for f3 boards like CC3D. The CC3D is an F1. You can always swap in an F3 if you have the soldering skills (as they are pin-compatible). You will then be able to run up to 8kHz on the custom CC3DF3 target for Betaflight.
