Hello friends Smiley I am new to this forum and hobby as well. Thanks to subu who helped me get one RC kit. As I am novice I don’t know exact terminologies so pls bear with me. Yesterday I tried to connect the control circuit which I received from Mr Sai, but I faced a problem. When I tried to put the motor connection in receiver I could not operate the motor in CH 3 (throttle) but in other CH like 4, 5, 6  it was OK. Then I put motor connector in CH 6 and servo connector in CH 3 to check if CH 3 is faulty but I could operate it. Pls help me guys Cry

Assuming that you have a brushless motor - follow the instructions in this site - http://www.allerc.com/motorwiring.htm. Sai has also given a detailed instruction similar to this in this forum. Pls search.

ALso, TX must be switched on before connecting the battery to the ESC. Else the motor won't work.

If you are using a Futaba transmitter (or one that follows Futaba style), you may have to reverse channel 3.

I think this may be the reason as I was switching on TX after making all the connections. I will check. For ur info-The motor is brushless and transmitter is Turborix
