There may be multiple issues....
1. check wires at RX end
2. connect throttle to some other channel at RX end ( this will isolate if issue is at rx or tx)
3. in case its on tx side .... check the tx setting ( hopefully you must have already done it)
4. open tx and see for any loose wires

Thanks for your suggestion,i checked everything, connections are fine. Actually it was my switch B on my tx which is making it stop working. When i googled about it,i found out it has something to do with throttle cut off?,even iam not sure.So why is this happening, and what happens if i do throttle cut off in mid air?,will my quad be stable in air?

Throttle cut is for mainly for engine model to shut the engine off .....quad will fall if I cut in mid air.

But if you instantly toggle back it should fly again.
