Hello,

I am new to RC hobby.
I am trying to understand ESC (electronic speed controller), brush less motor, Transmitter and Receiver by connecting all these components.
My main goal is to achieve progressive throttle/steering.
I am planning to buy https://www.ebay.in/itm/A2212-1400KV-Brushless-Motor-30A-ESC-1045-Propeller-Set-Multirotor-Quadcopter/331661007308?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649  and https://www.ebay.in/itm/2-4G-3CH-Digital-Remote-Control-Transmitter-with-Receiver-for-RC-Car-Boat/222755613558?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649 and use my own 1.2V 2800mAh NiMH rechargeable batteries to power these.
Can some one confirm all above will be compatible each other and achieve my goal?

If this is not the right place, please move it accordingly.

Thanks.

could you please explain bit more, so that I pick the right one?
I was reading more (after my original post) and what I understood is,
Throttle/speed is from brushless motor through ESC. And throttle channel of receiver is connected to the ESC.
Steering is from servo motor which is connected directly to steering channel of receiver.
Is that correct?
if so, the mentioned transmitter/receiver has 3 channels which i can use for above purpose?

Thanks

Live your dream and wear your passion

•You need an inrunner brushed/brushless motor.
•TX and RX are fine.
• An appropriate battery(NiMH, LiPo, Lion) is required which can be decided after choosing the motor.

Better to buy a car to start with

The parts you are looking are would never work in a car.
They're for rc planes or quads.

If you want to get into cars, I have a car for sale. 1:10 scale 4wd, brushless.
With spares and a lipo battery, 13k+ ship
