hello ahmed

please see these links

there is a slight difference depending on what stuff u buy compared to USA but please make sure that if you are buying radio equipment then the frequency Australians operate on is 36mhz so see to it that you can get that band (36mhz) receivers n crystals here in India at a reasonable price ! rest of the stuff like servos, engines etc doesn't matter much !

there are plenty of planes one can choose form with in India so my advice is get yourself a good radio set depending upon your budget.

best

I would say go for 2.4Ghz, and forget about worring about frequencies.  They work any where in the world, and has a host of other advantages.

Any concern about them are typically caused by some other reasons.  For your late night reading entertainment, go through : http://www.rcindia.org/radios-and-receivers/are-you-still-skeptical-about-2-4ghz-radio-systems/
