Title: Rohit : Balsa 3 and 4 Channel Beginners plane with Pusher Varient Post by: rcforall on January 27, 2012, 04:05:41 PM We would be launching soon : ROHIT a Balsa Beginners KIT designed and manufactured by Mr Madhav Khare from Pune .
This is part of our initiative to build and develop local technical talent and jointly evolve products like we did for the Quad by Nandakumar. The Kit is built is the good old style of Balsa Building with rib construction for the wing and balsa fuse construction. Covering has two variants covering film and tracing paper. This is a real treat in terms of Kit building The set up is : 1) Balsa Kit : 3 and 4 Channel version with Plans ( Price will be Rs 2500 + courier ) 2) I Flight Motor 2205 ( 1400 KV for tractor and 2840 KV for Pusher ) 3) ESC : RCFORALL 20 Amps 4) Battery RCFORALL 7.4 v 1300 mah 5) Prop : 9050 ( tractor and 5 x 5 for pusher ) 6) Servo : RCFORALL 9 gms The original Kit is a 3 channel Rudder-Elevator Version ( photo below dark blue with yellow poly's) We have modified and advance versions which can built from the original Kit : 1) 3 Channel rudder elevator with dihedral instead of Poly's 2) 4 channel Polyhydral Aileron version with reduced poly angles 3) 4 channel dihedral aileron version tractor 4) 4 Channel dihedral pusher 5) 3 channel Aileron elevator version with fixed vertical stab dihedral version We will be launching combo's of Rohit shortly . But not beyond our expectations, this is really good news to Us. What will be the possible wingspan and Air frame weight? May be some decals can beautify your baby! I am doing 3rd year engineering.I want to make a project on glider stability control for which I need a glider made up of balsa wood. (either hand launched or with motor). Can you help me by informing about such workshop organised by you? Or Do you provide such kind of ready made balsa wood gliders?
