Hi Experts and Seniors,
I recently got Sky surfer v3 from RCBazzar. since i am new to this hobby and learning it on my own. my initial attempts to fly her ends up in nose diving. Luckily, my filed is a river bed with sands filled, sky surfer escaped with minor tents.

Eventually, i learned to hand launch rear mounted air planes and by the time i learned the basis, my fuselage got damaged and i am forced to remove the fuselage into two parts and re-apply epoxy to bond together.

Since then, during flights, it tents to turn right and go on a circle. Also, i am unable to turn it right - i have confirmed the servos and other elements are working as expected. Eventually, fuselage got damaged and not repairable. I am planning to buy a new fuselage.

I am left with no clue why she always turn right. is their any guidelines i should follow while assembling fuselage. for example motor angle, etc etc.

Looking for your expert opinion.

Could be that one wing is heavier than the other? Have you checked the servo throws for ailerons? Are the servo centred?

Live your dream and wear your passion

》Check for a crack or warp in the wing.
》Check the wing alignment,ie., the wing should look parallel to the horizontal stabiliser from the rear.

Are you using only ailerons to make turns? If yes, you can try using rudder also. This may not eliminate the problem completely but provide some room to make the left turn.

Since the plane tends to fly right , I would suggest that you adjust the left aeliron. Adjust the left servo through the transmitter so that the left aeliron makes a move slightly upwards.

Chances for one wing is heavier than the other is remote, since the same wings fly as expected before i open the fuselage for fixing the crack. anyway i try to find out the weight of each wing shortly.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome. Yesterday, i encountered a crash and lost the fuselage. will by a new one by this weekend and share you the photos. meanwhile, can you suggest whether the motor should be slightly angled towards side? refer the attached photo.http://[img]

@muralikannan.k
Looks like the motor shaft is pointing a bit to the right (starboard) instead of straight astern.
This will push the model horizontally to the left.
The left wingtip will hence face airflow from below, leading to roll to the right.
Verify this by seeing if it rolls right more at high power than at low power.
Regards

Edit:
Will check a friend's model on Sunday. Maybe it has this much side thrust built in. (Ref reply#8)

Keep calm and fly safe.

Motor right direction is correct....in sky surfer v3..the motor is facing upwards by around 5 degrees I think...
So...if the airplane cockpit is pointing north...the motor prop must be a little to the east and a little towards the sky...👍
Correct the trims .place the ailerons correctly... Check rudder....

its actually yawing right with little pitch on right. So flight goes into spiral. Also, when i try to pull the plane towards left using ailerons, flight is not responding well. however, when i apply ailerons for right turn its responding.

Ruder function works well. i have verified the ailerons control surface.

will it possible for crash landing changed the flight alignment which causes this issue? how to i verify this scenario?

Yes, very much so. I feel your fuse has a bend. So your vertical stab is at an angle to the median axis. You had mentioned changing the fuselage - go ahead, it will probably be fine

Well I've had my sky surfer wings come out mid air...and had it break into 4 pieces on smashing like a missile...
Ain't there nothing that can't be fixed👍😂
