As per my experience and research, the a2212 1000kv or any 2212 around 1000kv motor pulls 15-16a maximum at full throttle. So the battery should be capable to supply 15*4=60A or take it 70A or 80A as we should not overload the battery. The battery you just said is perfectly Fine for the project and also, I dont know any cheap sites in India that supply lipo batteries.

Currently I am using DJI 2212 920kv motors spinning 1045 propellers with 30a SimonK ESC with 11.1v 5200mah 30c and 11.1v 4200mah 30c. Both batteries work awesome. The quadcopter has a weight of 1.4kg and lifts at half throttle. The 5200mah gives a flight time of about 18-22 min and the 4200mah gives 15-18 mins which is good enough.

For more flight time, try to reduce the weight as much as possible.  Those SimonK ESC's weight a lot.  Try using OPTO ESC's available on banggood.  e.g. Racestar 20A.  Each ESC weighs about 10g.

I just built my first quad.  Its smaller in size though, 330 Size, total weight alogwith 2200mAh battery is 620 grams.  Gives me flight time (hover actually) of about 14min.
