can anyone tell me how to find the takeoff angle for an aircraft?? is there a formula for it??

I think there's no such thing as take off angle..
If you have power to weight ratio 1:2 then 30° to 45° will be enough...
Is the ratio is 1:1 then any angle will be great...

What you said actually means that “any angle is good as long as the nose is BELOW horizontal “

Perhaps you meant “as long as” instead of “until”!

Thinking in Hindi and posting in English often creates such confusion.  Grin

Your first suggestion is of course correct. But for a newcomer, it would have been clearer if you’d said:
“Legs should be long enough so that prop does not hit the ground when model is horizontal “

For a first model, it is better to avoid the undercarriage.

No legs, no wheels. Hand launch and belly land.
Strongly recommended!
