You can replace fuel pump with a large syrenge and also the glow plug booster with a glow plug connector and a Ni-cd battery thus saving around Rs1,500/-.

Now that's what I call a TIP !

Can you post a picture/link to "a glow plug connector", so new people can figure out what to get.

One of the other cheaper way for fuel pump is to use the Petromax lamp fuel tank. There are many other kerosene stoves that use pressurized fuel. (The road side hawkers selling eatables have these stoves). Visit a Petromax lamp/kerosene stove repair shop and ask for just the tank from a worn out stove. It should cost about 100... . Now you can fill it with glow fuel and pump it up. Connect your model's fuel inlet to the tank outlet and open the flow valve. Just wait for a few seconds till your model's fuel tank overflows.

Glow Plug connector is the connector part of a glowplug booster. Two wires come out of it to which we have to connect a single Ni-Cd cell.It costs a lot less than a glowplug booster.

Sir i too have heard about the connector( i use it for my jets) but what i meant was i dont use it in our combo. Also even a glow plug connector is not required what we need is a battery and two wires

i do use the glow plug connector, but in this case you nee a big battery and battery you put closer to the plane, i dont think its a cheaper ide4a.anyway this hobby is avery expensive one, and the glow normal is very convient and you can connect it throw any direction.if you are using a electric starter ofcourse this the wire glow connector is more useful and quickly the starts too.
