Yesterday built a very simple pusher type plane . I had only one 9gm servo left with me, so used it for rudder. Elevator trim with Sellotape  Grin Flew pretty wellon first attempt itself!
Specs:
 Motor: Avionic 1600 KV outrunner
Esc: Mantis 12 Amp
Lipo: Hayin 500 Mah
Servo: one 9 gm
TxRx: Flysky 6ch
Building materials: fuselage- 1.5 cm thick usual Thermocol piece+ 3mm thick carbon fiber tube 50cm long
                            Wing - 65cm* 17.5 cm depron , dihedral
                            Tail- made of depron

Yes sure .All you need is
1. This motor - http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=2397
2. 10/12 amp esc
3. A lipo -I used 500 mah
4.two servos
5. A carbon fibre tube of about 50cm length.

First make a wing of around 65 cm span and 17.5/18 cm chord. Dihedral is easy to fly.

Then cut a thermocol piece in shape. The height where you mount motor should be such that your propeller ( I used 7*5 apc ) should have enough space to spin.

Using hot glue attach the wing to the top of the thermocol( cover the top with Sellotape piece so that you won't burn thermocol with hot glue) when you attach the wing, leave some space at the back so that motor can be mounted.

Now hot glue the motor to an inverted "U" shape of depron so that it can be glued to the top end of thermocol .

Next, attach the stab/ rudder to one end of carbon tube. And then glue the tube to the thermocol body at an angle so that the front end of the tube is at a lower level.

Now connect all the electronics and make sure the cg is ahead ( of 1/3 from LE of wing)

Attach a landing gear which doesn't add too much weight(this I am yet to do😊 didn't get time)

And that's it! 👍 try it! And post pic/ vid. Any help if needed, ask me(here)
Plan I'll draw and post soon.
Make sure AUW is less than 170gm for best results( with this motor). I used usual rubber bands across the thermocol so that the wing is sturdy .

Tail doesn't look good because it is scrap ( from a previous plane) , used it to save time😃 The thermocol could be smaller, I cut big one because I thought even if I use bigger prop, this should suffice . I'll modify it to make it more beautiful 😃😄

One more thing, if anyone is planning to replace it with a better motor( of more weight) , then choose a higher lipo to balance the plane. Then make provisions to keep it in place( difficult to paste it over thermocol) , but may wrap it in place.

Modified a bit-1. Attached a self made box  Grin to keep the lipo, 2: reduced height of fuselage 3: Attached landing gear. 4: 6gm FPV hd camera in front  Drool

Thought of giving it proper Grin shape; so fuselage built with depron.Lipo/esc went inside.AUW 160 gms. Truly a beginner pusher.

Hi Nitesh, maiden (fresh) video for you  Smiley  It requires 1. Elevator trim (since it doesn't have a servo , fixed) 2. Rudder trim (since the videographer is difficult to get( he is busy with his own plane builds Smiley ) , I could not trim it properly. 3. Tail heavy since the plane was  balanced with camera in front, which is not attached. Anyways , enjoy  Grin

Today evening this plane has served its purpose.

Absolutely right.
Not a candidate for a beauty contest, but would easily win a duration contest for models with battery limited to 2s 500mah, and field size restricted to tennis court size.
You have achieved reliable outdoor flight in severely limited space, something I never got around to doing.
Well done. Congrats.
Try a bit more downthrust!

And fly in a bigger field, i guess.

Thank you so much Iyer sir!  I'll reduce the elevator trim for a better, stable flight. ( since today evening had perfect weather for outdoor flight, I didn't waste time modifying it) And I know "need is the mother of invention", one of the reasons why I  prefer a slow flier with less AUW, since I have a rather small backyard for my leisure time flights.

And Nithesh, if you plan to use a bigger motor/ prop, it is better if you follow ramarao's design.
