Friends...

Please spare few minutes in answering these question it will not take much time but it will help people like me who are looking to seriously getting in this hobby but because of these simple questions unable to jump in with confidence.

Q Where to mount motor in plane how to find out location on fuselage ?

Q If the plane is a pusher how to choose  a prop ? Can I use any prop ?

Q what is CCW and CW props , and how does it effect overall plane direction or airflow ? Which one to use as a pusher or front mount ?  When to use when ?

Q What is center of gravity , Please explain as simple as possible and what is its practical usage. Is it required to find out where to mount motor battery etc.. ? Or what ?

Q I have 20 amp esc can I use this esc for all planes with low ratings. Means if a plan needs a 5amp or 10 amp esc then can I use it as I have 20 ?

Q How to calculate the motor required for a plane , have seen lot of videos can someone tell me in terms of thrust and motor weight required with respect to the weight of the place. Forx example if I have a 100gram plane without electronics then how can I calculate prop , moto , esc and battery ?

Q The shorter the prop the faster it goes is it right ?

Q  Does it require a specific angle to mount motor prop on a plane ?

Q A heavier motor on a lighter plane can work ?

Q Where to mount servos is there a specific place where we can mount servos or they can be mounted anywhere ?

Q Can you share some video with instructions on how to cut plane plans tutorial ? I tried it cutting it once by printing on the paper then cutting the papers >>> placing it on thermacol or coro outlining it and then used cutters to cut it into shape and then I have joined it. Is it the proper method ?

I would really appreciate if you can help.

1) it is usually mounted in the nose , once you get a kit it would be a obvious spot
2) a pusher plane should preferably use a pusher but you can use a normal one as well
3)cc and ccw prope are clock wise and counter clock wise props , in a twin they both are used to counter the motor thrust
4) cog is a point on your wing (somewhere around your wing root) where your plane should balance , it should never be tail heavy .
5) yes , you can overkill an esc . Never use a under rated esc for higher power

agent,
That video should get you started up, but given that there are a large number of factors in aeromodelling, answers to your questions can be bit of a mouthful. Aeromodelling, there are no silver bullets. Why don't you join us for flying over the weekend?
