one more thing about finishing sniore......i use...a three level......finishing 1st i use a 90 grit sandpaper for rough shape and then.....i use 220 grit fr smoothering and 320 at last for final touch...also......keep in mind...the place which are to be sanded acc to the plan....keep some more margins....as improper sanding...may result in....unbalanced sides as wel as affects the looks....hope i helped uh Smiley Wink

Yes arun bhaiya is right it flex kwik does eat up foam.

Though i found that it becomes like medium CA  after expiry date and can be used
on depron for joints which dont require high strength.

It doesnt react as fast after expiry date but hardens and gives same clear hard residue. So can be used for general purpose use on depron. But only after expiry date when it has turned into Medium CA consistency.

Instead of araldite klear i suggest bondtite same thing minus the smell but gives a bond of same strength if not greater.
