HYDRO PLANER.....

Good after noon all Friends..modelers..Colleagues..by last two days i got some opportunity to go to nearest town, with my Friend Manoj..and way back, i visited shops of my Friends, who are running Duty paid shops..from there i got ample of unused stuffs..got 4 RC Heli, infra red controlled, and most of theam are out of order due to some simple mechanical deffects..i am thanking to my Friend, Ashraf, who always collects and hands over me a lots of needed stuffs for free..so, i started scraping some machines, so, found some previously scraped machines..so, time to make a micro craft..

one of the great head ache related to the IR controlled machines, are the short range and non usability in sunlight..so, at first i replaced the IR L E D s with more powerful five, and made an amp for it with 2N 2219.and fed to 4.8 volts..so it came well..sunlight..? no problem..range..of 15 to 20 meters..doing well..

so, after some tests and researches, i started making the craft..its a micro sprinter, with a deep v...

at first my plan was to use two of the contra rotating motors, for propultion, as the direction control is done by thrust vectoring by altering the motor speed..

here you can see how little one is..

can see with a theoretically 20 Amps ECM ESC..

and i choose a simple super structure to reduce total craft weight..

at first i decided to go with tiwn motors, but in test runs i found its too powerful, is capable of taking the craft out of water in an acceleration..so i changed my mind to go with a single motor..

so..used a single motor, along with a series resistor to reduce motor power..

and she weighs only 25 grams including all electronics and battery...

Hi Sir,
Only experts can make it look simple. Hats Off
All your works inspire us….thanks for it.
Awesome work

Happy to be in this forum where great people doing magic.

Roopesh, want to know what material you use….is it just the ordinary chart paper or something special board.
What is the MM thinness of the board?
What sort of glue you use to stick these stuffs together, I have seen in your previous post, you have been using some cyno glue.

Please guide us.

Regards

HYDRO PLANER.....

Pirate..no any extra ordinary stuffs are used..i always use the chart paper, costs Rs 5 a sheet, but for an excellent finish can use the Ivory Card paper, usually used for making the visiting cards..this paper costs about 10 to 12 Rs for one sheet here. we can laminate paper sheets with white PVA glue, ( Poly Vinyl Alchohol), like Fevicol.SH, or any white glue..dilute white glue as 50:50, means same quantity of water to glue, for bonding the papers, and can laminate two, for making ladders and doors, while a 3 or 4 sheets gives a stiff structur works..when finished it will be stiffer than wood..will add a simple boat build so can get a clear idea how simple all it is..
we do not need any extra ordinary glues, as i always buy a 72 grade Cyano glue, costs about 30 Rs here..and one can is enough to make 4 to 6 crafts..cool..after making, can brush clear varnish once so will become water proof..and lives for a lifetime..and also will be light in weight..and easy to control..so, wait for a little..will add a simple boat build log..from 0 to pool..its all simple and easy.. Thumbs Up have some nice builds.. Hats Off

Hey, krishna,
Your craft-work is AWSOME.

Surely
1. you born in HASTA Nakshtra (Star).
2. And your knowledge is more than your certificates.
3. You have to work and earn Luck.
4. You can keep secret to secrets.
5. You can work continuously from your self motivation.
6. Surrounding disturbances cannot distort your work and concentration.
5. Your life Partner{as Left is taken as your partner's right hand} (current or would be) have Danger in life in childhood and early teen age but a stedy current lifestyle.

I am assuming from your lines on Hand. Just PM me if I am right or wrong!

This is written as most persons want to hear these about themselves.
I am no Palmist but a simple person.

Thanks
