decals are over coated.. within that time have to wire Police Siren circuit.. the siren circuit is based on NE 555 timer integrated chip, as two numbers to achieve the wailing effect.. here we need some handful of components to make it, costing about Rs 50/- including a little speaker..

Last, PU means Polyurethane based paints.. it will be lighter and gives an excellent finish with any machine.. these type of paints are used in automobile industry.. you can buy PU based paints from any car paint dealers from 50 ml to 5 liters as needed.. but, if you are a beginner it is better to spray the NC based paints.. because NC based paints dries instantly when sprayed.. so never drips.. but PU paint will take a little time to dry, and if you are not an expert, will drip.. but gives an excellent finish, and unimaginable colour shades..
