Yup.. from the picture it is clear that it's aluminium but how that kind of shape has been made..?

Is it readymade available or DIY...?

 Thank you RoopeshKrishna for your great idea, I've made stern tubes out of top end of radio antenna in my young age, but do you or anybody know where the N.C.C Navel wing is getting all these stuff
