I was looking for some 3mm plywood, for motor mount and rudder. couldn't find some, as I wanted to finish it today itself, so I decided to stick with foam itself.

any suggestion for the reinforcement of the motor mount, coz it look fragile.

here are some pics

You may want to reinforce the motor mount with some tape. The motor may get hot and cause the glue to come off. Just take off the motor and put some tape around the mount.

I brought 2 colours of different brand, BLUE from Camel Febrica, which seems to be good, and RED from Pidilite Fevicryl which is not holding the grip to the foam. and comes out easily.

@desachristopher  good job  {:)}, btw whats the motor u using and whats the battery u intend to power it up with , looking at the model i would suggest it to be placed at the front of the boat to counter the front lift due to pusher thrust , and also would certainly suggest a reinforce for the motor mount and its vertical supports, cause ones in water the stress will grow on them

nice , i would definitely suggest an reinforcement try using epoxy and make a layer on the vertical support holding the motor mount to your boat ,use some ice cream sticks too for the reinforce

Well done looks great being made from foam it should rocket along  {:)}

This is my air boat I built a while ago it is 1200mm long 500mm wide and runs a 55/60 750KV brushless motor on 6 cell LIFE battery

I hope yours goes better than mine it's fast but I made a bit of a fatal mistake when I built it I did it with straight sides and they really need to be
angled out because it digs in around corners at high speed and nearly flips one day I will fix it

Thanks Sir
 Still not finished, I am going to change the hull shape a little and see if it helps corner better,
but still lots of grinding to do on the steel cage and rails and still have to make the seat in the middle for the drivers
and then paint it just have to get time

it is made from 3mm plywood and coated with wests system resin

West system resin is different to epoxy glue it can be pained on with a paint brush like paint but sets hard and clear you can use it
with glass fiber cloth like ordinary fiber glass resin but west system resin will go off even with very thin coats you can paint inside a wood boat to fill
any gaps you might have so when you do a coat on the outside your boat will be completely water proof plus very strong
